NOVEMBER 25 - STAFFORD

Per our COVID notification policy, Roger Stafford, Youth Pastor, tested positive for COVID19 on November 24th.  We only share his name with his express permission.  Typically names would never be shared in such an notification, but Roger has requested that we do so.  A thorough review of any potential close contacts has been completed and any potentially affected people have been contacted by phone already.  If you did not receive a phone call you are not affected.  Without in person services or youth activities this past Sunday (November 22) Roger's interaction at church was extremely limited.  Roger is following our policy and protocols for quarantine and for returning upon all conditions in our policy being satisfied.

The remainder of the Stafford family will quarantine for 14 days in accordance with our policy as well.

Both Roger and family will be provided with a "cleared to return date" in consultation with health officials and church policy. That date has been communicated to Roger and family by our designated spoke-persons.

NOTIFICATIONS

With the increase both locally and nationally in COVID19 cases we will continue to post updates here on this page.  Although as a church we are limited in sharing names and positive cases released to us as a church, we will continue to be extremely diligent in doing contact tracing as it relates to anyone who had potential close contact while at church.  As indicated in our policy we will continue to provide help in contact tracing with local health officials as requested and allowed under law.  Please note, that in any notification of a positive case or potential close contact after our official spoke-persons being told by the person that tested positive, we will continue to personally contact any potential close contacts in order to reduce potential spread.  If you have any questions, please email our designated COVID19 spoke-persons, Jonathan Raffini, Administrator - admin@fbcbigspring.org

or Pastor Mark Lindsey at mark@fbcbigspring.org
